2026 Calendar – London Museums and Galleries

There’s a particular kind of joy that comes from wandering through a gallery — that moment when you lose track of time in front of a painting or discover an artist who completely shifts your perspective.

For me, museums and galleries have always been more than just buildings. They’re spaces of quiet reflection, constant inspiration, and creative energy. So it felt only natural to celebrate them in a format I love: a hand-drawn illustrated calendar.

Just launched: my 2026 Calendar, featuring illustrations of some of London’s most iconic museums and galleries — one for each month. From the timeless halls of the National Gallery in January to the bold, contemporary feel of Whitechapel Gallery in December, the calendar is a visual journey through the city’s rich cultural landscape.

I’ve always had a deep connection with museums. My love for art began at school, where I was first introduced to artists, techniques, and the idea that art could be a way of seeing the world differently. That early fascination quickly turned into a lifelong habit — one that sees me regularly revisiting favourites like Tate Britain, the Hayward Gallery, the Design Museum, and the Photographers’ Gallery. Each visit offers something new: a fresh exhibition, an inspiring installation, or just a quiet corner to sketch in.

The 2026 Calendar – London Museums and Galleries is rooted in that personal joy. Every illustration is drawn in my signature style, capturing not just the architecture of these incredible spaces but also their atmosphere and character. Each month includes a short bio or story about the gallery or museum featured — something to add context, appreciation, or even spark a future visit.

I also wanted the calendar to be practical, not just decorative. There’s space to jot down notes, dates, or upcoming exhibitions you don’t want to miss.

A look at the year ahead:

January – The National Gallery
February – Hayward Gallery
March – National Portrait Gallery
April – Natural History Museum
May – Wallace Collection
June – Tate Britain
July – Somerset House
August – Royal Academy of Arts
September – Design Museum
October – Tate Modern
November – The Photographers’ Gallery
December – Whitechapel Gallery

Whether you’re an art student, design lover, London explorer, or someone who just enjoys a peaceful afternoon surrounded by creativity, I hope this calendar brings a little inspiration to your wall all year round.

It’s a celebration of the places that continue to shape, challenge, and inspire us.
